This policy explains how Literkowy Świat protects the privacy of children and parents. The app is designed for children aged 4-9 and works primarily with data stored locally on the device.

2. Data stored in the app
The app may store child profiles, selected language, age range, theme, learning settings, progress, answer accuracy, and unlocked cards locally on the device. This data is used to guide learning and personalize difficulty.
3. Account, internet, and ads
Literkowy Świat does not require an account, login, or internet access for gameplay. The app does not show ads and is not designed to send profile data to the app author's server.
4. Microphone and speech recognition
For spoken tasks, the app may ask for microphone and speech recognition access. The app uses the recording only to check the spoken letter or word and does not store audio recordings. Recognition itself may be handled by system speech recognition services on the device.
5. Narrator and card fun facts
After unlocking selected cards, children can listen to a short fun fact read by a narrator. This feature uses the device system text-to-speech mechanism. The app does not record the child while fun facts are played and does not create a voice profile.
6. Premium purchases
The full-version purchase is handled in the parent area through Google Play Billing. The app author does not receive payment card data, bank account numbers, passwords, or other store login details. The app stores only the information needed to check whether premium access is active.
7. Children's data
The app is intended for children, so parent features, settings, and the full-version purchase should remain under adult control. The app does not ask the child for a full name, email address, or other contact details.
8. Retention and deletion
Data remains on the device until a profile is deleted, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Because the app does not maintain a remote account, the app author cannot restore data deleted from the device.
9. Policy updates
This privacy policy may be updated when the app behavior or legal requirements change. The current version will be available on this page.
